PP-R & HDPE Pipes
1. PP-R Pipes:
PP-R pipes are manufactured
according to the standard of DIN 8077. They are made in Green color by using Polypropylene – Random Polymer as raw material for use in hot & cold water purposes. These pipes are more preferable due to the fact of their light weight and ease of transport and installation. The wall thickness varies depending on the pressure ratings as in DIN8077.
The following shows the measurements of our PP- R pipes.

2. HDPE Pipes:
HDPE Pipes are manufactured from High Density Polyethylene - Pipe Grade Material PE-80, PE-100. A most versatile material suitable for pipes and confirmed as per DIN 8074. HDPE pipes are of low costs and high performance. These pipes have all the qualities of a pipe and are a better substitute for the costly Metallic and Non-Metallic pipes like CI, GI, AC, RCC & MS.
HDPE Pipes are generally made black in color by adding Carbon Black or black master batches to protect them from aging and degradation caused by the ultraviolet rays of the sun.
The following table shows the classifications of our HDPE Pipes and their thicknesses.
