a) Electrical Conduit Pipes BS6099
We supply the demand of electrical conduit pipes for the construction industries, electrical contractors as per the standard BS6099 to Kuwait market and some regions in Gulf.
The pipes are classified into different categories depending on the application and usage, and according to which, the walls' thickness varies. These different classifications are mentioned the table below .
Our pipes are manufactured by highly sophisticated twin screw extruders with our own formulations and compounding facilities by using world best raw material and other additives. These pipes are normally available in two colors such as black and white and have standard length of 3 meters.
After the production phase is completed, the pipes are bundled/wrapped for ease of transportation and handling purposes.
All our pipes are approved by the Ministry of Public Works to confirm the standards.

From the above table it is understood that the Inner diameter varies. Hence the wall thickness also varies according to the classifications of light, medium, or heavy duty mechanical applications.
b) PVC Pressure pipes DIN 8061 / 8062
We play a vital role in supplying PVC Pressure pipes manufactured according to the DIN 8061 / 62 standards.
All of our pipes are approved by the Ministry of Public Works according to the norms of the standards. These pipes are used mainly for irrigation, potable water supply, conveying chemical, etc.
They are produced by our high-tech twin screw pipe plant by using our own PVC Dry blend compounds. Our quality control personnel periodically check the dimensions as well as other properties and maintain a register for future reference in order to guarantee that the pipes are in 100% in accordance with the DIN 8061 standards.
After the production of the pipes, and depending on their intended application, whether it may be exclusively for pressure applications, or for semi pressure applications, the pipes are socketed in our belling machine. This process makes solvent type or rubber ring type grooves formations. They are then kept in a weather proof storage area and are separated into plain ended, rubber ring socketed, and solvent type socketed pipes to ease the handling and loading purposes.
The following table shows the nominal diameter of the pipes as well as the thickness of the wall. Our standard length is 6 meters.

c) PVC Drainage & Sewage Pipes
We play a major roll in manufacturing and supplying quality PVC Pipes which are exclusively manufactured for the drainage and sewage sectors for replacing the old fashioned CI or Cement pipes. They are manufactured with special compounds to maintain long-lasting surface color and high impact strengths. Since these pipes are thin as compared to the pressure pipes, they need to be specially formulated to withstand impact strengths.
They are available in light grey and orange colors according to the customer's demand. Another available option is the choice between socketing types, either the solvent type or the rubber ring groove type.
The following table shows the diameter and common wall thicknesses for these pipes. Other thicknesses are also available on demand.
